Losing the sense of hunger???

I know this sounds stupid, but, can a person lose the sense of being hungry?

Yes. That's happened to me lately. Usually doing a good, healthy detox really helps you to curb your appetite and kind of give you a fresh slate. And most of the time, it erases all your bad cravings for salts, fats and sugars.
I'm starting a low carb, high protein diet and exercise program tomorrow. However, I can't eat. I've been forgetting to eat. Then when I do eat, I don't feel any different from before I ate. I'm also not having cravings, so I basically can eat anything, it doesn't matter. I have a lot of weight to loose so thats great about not eating much. However I don't want it to turn into a problem.
You know, I'm kind of in the same boat and beginning to get a little worried. :/
See you are already thin, which would make me more worried. However, no matter someones weight they should always eat. It's not good for the body. Eat your fruits and veggies!!
